The project involved the development of a social housing complex with a total construction area of 85,000 m². Located in the Merzifon district of Amasya, the development comprises 20 five-storey K-type residential blocks and 12 five-storey F-type residential blocks.

Works were carried out across a total site area of 130,000 m², including recreational areas, sports facilities, car parks, pavements, roads, and social spaces. The project also included 20,000 m² of concrete-paved pedestrian walkways, 80,000 m² of recreational areas, three tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, and parking facilities with a capacity of 1,000 vehicles.
