Implemented by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, this project was launched to provide a safe and supportive living environment for people in need of care and financial assistance, including elderly individuals, motherless children, orphans, widowed women, and persons with disabilities.
Set within 15,000 m² of landscaped grounds, the project includes a library, youth centre, training hall, computer room, table tennis hall, retail units, outpatient clinic, pharmacy, and a small prayer room, along with various social and support facilities.
