G-Drıve OMSK Arena

G-Drıve OMSK Arena

The ice hockey stadium project, developed under a contract signed in May 2020, is located in Omsk, a city with a population of 1.2 million in southwestern Siberia. Built on a total area of 60,000 m², the stadium has a seating capacity of 12,000 spectators. Construction was completed in September 2022.

The project involved the comprehensive construction of a new terminal designed to make Kemerovo Airport more modern, comfortable, and capable of handling a higher passenger capacity.

Mall Esplanada

MALL Esplanada is a large-scale modern shopping and lifestyle centre developed in Perm, Russia. Located in the Esplanada district in the city centre, the project was designed as a multifunctional complex bringing together retail, entertainment, dining, office, and hotel facilities. The first phase of the project included the construction of a shopping centre, a nine-screen cinema complex, children’s entertainment areas, a restaurant zone, and a car park with a capacity of approximately 530 vehicles. The complex also features fashion stores, social spaces, and spacious pedestrian areas.
