The project involved the construction of a cultural facility with a total construction area of 21,639.14 m². Commissioned by the Perm Krai Capital Construction Directorate, the project was completed in the third quarter of 2023.
The facility includes exhibition halls and galleries opening onto a shared atrium, administrative areas, a bookshop, entrance lobbies, a café, an event space, loading areas for the museum and restaurant, a library, audiovisual archive areas, an educational centre, exhibition storage areas, restoration workshops, and a delivery area.
