The project included the construction of two regulator structures, a 5,300-metre water conveyance line, a 1,600-metre penstock and a powerhouse. Okkayası Hydroelectric Power Plant has an installed capacity of 23.407 MW and an annual electricity generation capacity of 56 million kWh.
Within the project, water is conveyed to the forebay through a 2,200 mm-diameter steel pipeline and then transferred to the powerhouse through a 1,600 mm-diameter steel penstock.
