MALL Esplanada is a large-scale modern shopping and lifestyle centre developed in Perm, Russia. Located in the Esplanada district in the city centre, the project was designed as a multifunctional complex bringing together retail, entertainment, dining, office, and hotel facilities.
The first phase of the project included the construction of a shopping centre, a nine-screen cinema complex, children’s entertainment areas, a restaurant zone, and a car park with a capacity of approximately 530 vehicles. The complex also features fashion stores, social spaces, and spacious pedestrian areas.
