The Utopia World Hotel, with a total construction area of 64,000 m², was developed as part of the project. Built on a 105,000 m² site, the facility is a five-star holiday complex that was opened to guests following the completion of all infrastructure and superstructure works.
The complex includes a 15,000 m² aquapark, a helipad, 595 rooms with a total capacity of 1,500 beds, restaurants, bars, a nightclub, meeting and conference halls measuring 485 m² and 221 m², indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports centres, and a shopping centre.
