The project was developed across a total area of 50,000 m². Located in Yenimahalle, Ankara, it was designed by the Ministry of Justice as a residential complex for judges and prosecutors.
Constructed in accordance with high security standards, the development comprises three 17-storey residential blocks, a 4,000 m² social facility, and a 4,500 m² indoor car park, with a total built-up area of 42,000 m².
The project also includes 15,000 m² of landscaped recreational areas featuring outdoor parking facilities, sports amenities, and running and walking tracks.
